Junior Associate
Giorgi Bidzishvili is a Junior Associate at BLC, focusing on contract law, commercial litigation, and corporate matters. He handles the drafting, structured review, and alignment of commercial contracts, corporate documentation, and complex procedural instruments, ensuring strategic support throughout transactional and dispute-related projects.
Giorgi actively represents clients in civil and commercial disputes before the Georgian courts, arbitration tribunals, and various public authorities. His practice encompasses cross-border legal analysis, corporate governance issues, and the development of comprehensive legal opinions involving multi-jurisdictional frameworks. Prior to joining BLC, Giorgi advanced his litigation and corporate skills as a Junior Lawyer at BSH Law Office, and through key roles at Nexia Georgia and The Bitfury Group.
Giorgi remains deeply engaged in academic and professional legal initiatives, having participated in the 2026 National Rounds of the prestigious Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.
