Ketti Kvartskhava joined BLC Law Office in 2001 and became a Partner of the firm in 2005. She currently serves as the Managing Partner of BLC Law Office.

Prior to and alongside her private practice, Ms. Kvartskhava gained valuable professional experience in the banking sector and was also engaged in academic activities at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.

She has more than two decades of distinguished legal practice, advising clients on corporate, tax, commercial, banking, finance and contract law matters. Widely regarded as one of Georgia's leading legal practitioners, she has successfully represented clients in numerous complex court and arbitration proceedings and is recognized as one of the country's most sought-after lawyers for negotiating sophisticated cross-border transactions, corporate and investment projects, and high-value commercial agreements.
