Associate and was promoted to the position of an Associate in 2023.\u00a0Her practice area mainly includes business &amp;\u00a0corporate law, contract law, intellectual property law, labor law as well as\u00a0commercial arbitration and litigation.<\/p><p>Tamta has been engaged in legal practice since 2019. Prior to joining BLC she served as a Junior Associate at a local law firm in Georgia, where she used to advise clients and provide legal opinions on various complex matters, including corporate, intellectual property and labor law. In addition, she served as an intern at Tbilisi City Court where her main responsibilities included processing case files. She further interned at the Georgian Young Lawyers Association\u00a0(GYLA) where she used to attend and support legal consultations with the beneficiaries on civil and administrative law issues.<\/p><p>Tamta has graduated from Tbilisi State University and gained Bachelor\u2019s and Master\u2019s degrees, both with honors.
