Paralegal

Nini Lomia is a Paralegal at BLC Law Office, where she supports the firm’s Corporate and Dispute Resolution practices. She assists domestic and international clients on corporate, commercial, and litigation matters.

Her work includes company incorporations, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, corporate restructurings, and ongoing corporate maintenance. She prepares and reviews corporate documents, drafts commercial agreements, conducts legal research, and supports the litigation team with legal analysis, procedural documents, case management, and research into court practice and legal developments.

Nini joined BLC Law Office as a Legal Intern in May 2025 and was promoted to Paralegal in November 2025.

She successfully represented the Free University of Tbilisi at the 32nd Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and the ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition. Nini has also participated in several national moot court competitions.
