Temo Duruli

Temo Duruli is a Junior Associate at BLC. He joined the firm in 2024 and focuses on corporate, commercial, banking and financial regulatory matters, with additional experience in dispute resolution, litigation and insurance-related work.

He is involved in corporate and transactional matters, including legal research, due diligence, preparation of memoranda and draft legal opinions, and drafting and review of corporate, commercial and contractual documentation. His work also includes support in regulatory projects under Georgian law, including brokerage licensing, asset management company licensing and banking-related matters. He has also worked on compliance-focused assignments involving regulatory obligations applicable to financial sector participants.

Temo assists the firm’s litigation team in civil and commercial disputes, including preparation of pleadings, motions and legal submissions, case law analysis and support in litigation strategy. Before joining BLC, Temo worked as a Junior Lawyer at an insurance company, where he gained experience in insurance-related claims, preparation of lawsuits and defenses, contract drafting and representation in civil and administrative proceedings.

Temo has also participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, where he worked on written memoranda and oral arguments involving international arbitration, jurisdictional issues and evidentiary matters.
