Anastasia Razmadze is an Associate at BLC Law Office, focusing on financial regulatory, intellectual property and data protection matters, alongside corporate law and litigation. She joined the firm in 2023 and was gradually promoted to her current role. Anastasia advises local and international clients on licensing and registration in the financial sector, including Payment Service Providers (PSP), Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASP) and banking licenses.

Anastasia’s practice spans the registration of trademarks and their protection in opposition and dispute proceedings, data protection compliance, including cross-border transfers of personal data, corporate and commercial matters, and civil litigation. She also represents foreign clients in inheritance matters in Georgia.

Anastasia participated in the 30th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, advancing to the Vienna rounds. Throughout her academic career, she also participated in various local competitions.

  • Represented foreign clients in inheritance matters in Georgia and worked closely on the precedent-setting recognition of a foreign-issued inheritance certificate in Georgia.
  • Supported the BLC team in litigation, corporate, banking and intellectual property matters, including legal research, due diligence and drafting of transaction and court documents.
