Gvantsa Goguadze joined BLC in 2015 as a Junior Associate and worked with the firm until 2019. She rejoined BLC in 2022 and currently serves as an Associate at BLC's Batumi Branch.
Her practice focuses on private, corporate, employment, and immigration law. Gvantsa regularly advises local and international clients on a broad range of corporate law matters, including company incorporation, corporate amendments and corporate governance. Her experience includes conducting legal research, advising clients on current legislative and regulatory developments under Georgian law, drafting and negotiating complex commercial and transactional documentation, and advising clients on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and real estate transactions.
Gvantsa has been engaged in legal practice since 2011. Prior to joining BLC, she worked as a Lawyer at Orbi Group LLC and as a Coordinator at the Coordination Office of the PLLE National Bureau of Enforcement of Georgia. Earlier in her career, she worked at TBC Bank JSC and completed an internship with the Constitutional, Legal and Procedural Issues Committee of the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara.
In addition to her legal practice, Gvantsa has actively participated in professional conferences, legal competitions, law school clinics, and moot court programs, further strengthening her academic knowledge and practical legal expertise.

- Represented clients before Georgian courts, arbitration tribunals, and public authorities, managing procedural matters and dispute strategies.
