Head of Litigation

Lasha Zurabiani is the Head of Litigation at BLC Law Office, where he leads the firm’s Commercial Arbitration and Litigation practice. Lasha has been a dedicated member of BLC Law Office since 2016 and has more than 13 years of legal practice experience. He represents domestic and international clients in high-profile disputes before Georgian courts, as well as local and international arbitral institutions. His practice focuses on commercial, corporate, construction, administrative, labor, family law, and intellectual property matters.

Prior to joining BLC Law Office, Lasha worked at a leading global accounting and consulting company, where he supported the tax department in advising businesses and individuals on legal compliance and related matters.

  • Represented two major HPPs in insurance disputes arising from damage to a construction site, in proceedings before local courts and in international arbitration;
  • Represented a leading beverage producer in arbitration proceedings and before local courts;
  • Advised and represented investors in connection with protecting and securing their investment in major Georgian construction companies;
  • Represented investor harmed by the first ever initial coin offering (ICO) in Georgia;
  • Represented the leading Georgian glass company in various litigation proceedings before local courts;
  • Represented a state-founded rifle factory in a dispute against its shareholder;
  • Represented several large Georgian construction companies in litigation proceedings before local courts;
  • Advised and represented a foreign investor in a major retail and commercial marketplace in connection with a partnership dispute;
  • Advised and represented major Georgian transportation and logistics companies in litigation and commercial matters.
