Eko Svanidze is a Senior Associate at BLC Law Office with over 17 years of experience advising international and domestic clients on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, employment, and regulatory matters.

Her practice focuses on cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings, financing arrangements, legal due diligence, corporate governance and complex commercial contracts. Eko regularly advises multinational corporations, financial institutions, investment funds and international organisations on Georgian law aspects of domestic and international transactions, as well as on employment and regulatory issues.

She has particular experience assisting foreign investors with market entry into Georgia and advising on sophisticated transactions involving regulated entities, financial markets and corporate reorganisations. Alongside her transactional work, she advises employers on executive employment, workforce restructuring and complex labour law matters.

Eko is also an invited lecturer at the Joint Master's Programme in Public Administration offered by Tbilisi State University and the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer, where she teaches EU and Public Administration.
